Hi, I'm Halima. After years working in higher education, I found myself searching for sensory play experiences for my son's fourth birthday—and realized they didn't exist in Houston. So I created them.
What started as birthday parties evolved into something bigger: a mission to bring intentional sensory enrichment to preschoolers who need it most. In 2025, I launched Senserly Play Co. (SPCO) to partner with childcare centers across Houston, providing weekly programming that helps young children learn to regulate through play.
Using our 3R Framework™—Rev Up, Regulate, Restore—we create sessions that meet kids where they are developmentally and give them the tools to manage their bodies and emotions. The result? Calmer classrooms, smoother transitions, and kids who thrive.
